ULU Cushion pillows feature removable covers that are machine washable. To dry, either air dry or use a dryer on low heat.
The solid memory foam core is not washable.
Shredded memory foam fillings are also not washable.

For Weighted Blankets
The ULU Cushion Weighted Blanket is made up of two parts, each requiring different care methods:

1. Reversible Duvet Cover
   The duvet cover can be detached by unfastening the inner straps. It is safe for machine washing and can be tumble-dried on low heat.
2. Inner Weighted Blanket
   The inner weighted layer should be spot-cleaned only.

Everyone has different sleep preferences and styles, so there’s no one-size-fits-all approach to adjusting the shredded memory foam in an adjustable pillow.

Here are some helpful tips to get started:

For Back Sleepers
Remove 1–3 handfuls of filling.
Set your pillow height so your head stays aligned with your neck. If your chin tilts downward toward your chest, the pillow is too high. If your chin angles upward, the pillow is too low.

For Side Sleepers
Remove 0–2 handfuls of filling.
Ensure the pillow height allows your head to remain level with your neck, relieving pressure on your shoulders. The goal is to keep your neck straight and your spine aligned.

For Stomach Sleepers
Remove 7–9 handfuls of filling.
Adjust the pillow so your neck stays in a straight line with your back. It should provide soft support without raising your neck to an awkward angle.
